I like the concept but question the business model.

It is something with universal appeal but I fear the revenue from "extended" won't be sufficient to sustain it over time. The value add just doesn't justify the subscription price --- considering that I can achieve similar functionality on my own using Aescrypt and readily available "free" web storage.

To make it more viable I would suggest extending the functionality. In particular, I would like to see an option for asymmetric encryption. Distribution lists with notification. I would like to upload a file that only select individuals can decrypt and have them notified that the upload is available.
