This boots a CentOS 6 box running Meteor 1.1. It's also running on Terminal so you can snapshot your progress anytime you want (or resize to a bigger machine without rebooting too).

How do I navigate to `my_cool_app`? Do I need to change the apache configuration, or symlink into `/var/www/html`, or what?

Yes, but how do I open it in a browser? Browsing to `localhost:80` obviously only goes to the pre-configured default page from apache.
