We were originally based out of Shanghai for no other reason that I was there when I started the company. We've already had a presence in DC for a while and I am actually relocating to manage the US team.

Berlin for us is a great opportunity to access a great pool of candidates (both tech and creatives), develop our European business (lots of NGOs, international development and humanitarian or social enterprises) while bridging the time difference between our clients (US) and our current engineering hub (Shanghai, 12 hours away).

Nice! I'm definitely a fan of the tech scene here, should be a good move.
